Voltaren FAQS

Is Voltaren a painkiller or anti-inflammatory?The Voltaren gel and tablets deliver diclofenac sodium, which is a nonsteroidal anti inflammatory drug (NSAID) which can help get through your skin to the root of your pain and inflammation. It is both a painkiller and anti inflammatory drug that can provide pain relief.

What is Voltaren best for? This depends on the type of Voltaren product you've chosen to best meet your needs. The diclofenac sodium is in the Voltaren gel and tablets, which means you can get fast and effective pain relief.

The topical diclofenac gel found in Voltaren allows you to gently rub the gel into the affected areas, providing significant pain relief. Topical nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (or topical NSAIDS) allow you to directly apply the gel to the affected pain area.

This means that it can be best used to temporarily relieve arthritis pain, muscle pain and more. The diclofenac sodium is also found in Voltaren tablets, which means it is an oral NSAIDS, and is one of the most commonly used treatments for pain relief and inflammation.

However, they may not be suitable for everyone, so it's important to read the label, check the package leaflet and speak to your doctor or Pharmacist before introducing Voltaren into your daily pain management routine.

Can I use Voltaren while pregnant? As Voltaren contains the nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug diclofenac sodium, it's recommended that you don't use topical NSAIDS or oral NSAIDs while pregnant as it can impact your unborn baby.

What are some side effects of Voltaren? The side effects of Voltaren can include stomach pain, headache, dizziness, chest pain, kidney disease, and more.

The main ingredient in Voltaren gel is diclofenac sodium. If you've never encountered this ingredient before, you could have a severe allergic reaction to this product.

Signs of an allergic reaction include having trouble breathing or severe dizziness, and you should immediately get medical attention.

It's recommended that you speak to your doctor or Pharmacist before introducing anti-inflammatory drugs to your pain management routine.

Take Voltaren regularly in order to get the best results. The Voltaren gel and tablets deliver diclofenac sodium, a NSAID, which helps reduce swelling and pain and is both a painkiller and anti inflammatory drug that can also provide a cardiovascular benefit.

When you take Voltaren, you are unlikely to experience unpleasant side effects. The main reason for this is the gel being absorbed through the skin, which can cause pain and swelling near the eyes, nose, and mouth, which could be harmful to your eyes.

If you are unable to reduce your pain, your doctor may also recommend reducing your dose gradually. This may be beneficial for you to continue taking the anti inflammatory drug Voltaren for as long as needed.

By using Voltaren, you are able to reduce your inflammatory symptoms and pain. This is because Voltaren can reduce the inflammation (go over the symptoms), which you can also provide for your joints (e.g. on your knee).

By using Voltaren, you can suffer less discomfort and therefore reduce the inflammation (go over the inflammation) you are experiencing (see also ‘Can I use the anti inflammatory drugs while pregnant?’).

By using Voltaren, you can suffer less pain and provide less inflammation, which is why it's important to use the Voltaren gel and tablets when you're trying to manage a flare-up of your pain.

Voltaren works best when applied at the first sign of a pain attack. Clean and dry the affected area until it is free of any pain. You may also want to apply a layer of Voltaren to help protect the Voltaren-containing products from direct sunlight.

To ensure the safety of the Voltaren product, wear it at the first sign of a pain attack. You may also want to apply a barrier dressing to the Voltaren-containing product to stop the Voltaren-containing products from being absorbent and absorbable.

To minimise the risk of possible pregnancy, avoid taking the anti inflammatory drugs while pregnant or while breastfeeding.

It's recommended that you speak to your pharmacist or doctor before introducing anti-inflammatory products into your pain management routine.

Walgreens has decided to take action against the drug which contains the active ingredient diclofenac sodium. The product, Diclofenac Sodium Gel, was approved by the US FDA in the US in June 2014. It was originally produced in the form of a gel, which is applied directly to the skin. The active ingredient diclofenac sodium, which was used in the gel, was found to have an unexpected side effect, which is that it can cause skin irritation. Diclofenac sodium is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID), which is used to relieve pain and inflammation. Diclofenac sodium works by blocking the production of certain hormones that cause inflammation. This is because diclofenac can cause the inflammation of the cells in the body, which causes the skin to be more sensitive to sunlight. This makes it more likely that the pain and inflammation will go away. If the pain does not go away, the gel can help reduce the inflammation in the skin. Diclofenac is available in both gel and liquid forms and is applied directly to the skin. It is not available as a tablets form, but is available as a liquid gel which can be easily squeezed out onto a spoon and then taken to a concentration. There are several different types of diclofenac, including the active ingredient diclofenac, which is used to treat pain and inflammation, and topical NSAIDs such as aspirin. The most common side effects of topical NSAIDs include: swelling of the face, lips, tongue, hands and feet, difficulty breathing, and headache. The gel has been found to cause some of the same side effects as the active ingredient, diclofenac sodium.
